Marketing Specialist

We are Traction® Tools—the first officially licensed software for companies running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, aka EOS®. Our SaaS platform helps companies running on EOS get the most out of their business—from tracking to-dos and analyzing data to running meetings. Traction Tools is one of the many companies within Winter International LLC. And, while you’ll be working for Traction Tools, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with the rest of our Winter International LLC team. This position is 100% remote. Actually, our entire company is fully remote!

About the role

We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to join our team. This role will support our online academy with all of their marketing initiatives, conception through execution. The marketing specialist will sit on our Marketing Team and report directly to the marketing director. Our marketing team is responsible for using a full marketing mix to meet the needs of current and prospective clients. This 100% remote role will work on projects for our academy—drive sign ups and engagement. This list is not comprehensive, but, in general, they’ll be accountable to assist in delivering on our academy’s strategic marketing plan in the following ways:

Role and responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and strategize marketing programs and projects such as email, social
    media, or digital campaigns
  • Create marketing communication plan(s) for current and upcoming programs and projects
    including pre-launch, launch and post-launch communication
  • Develop and create marketing materials consistent with our brand
  • Develop branding templates and dashboards in the learning platform
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings and quarterly planning sessions
What we look for

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing 
  • Strong project management experience and follow up skills
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools
  • Proficiency within GSuite (Google Docs, Spreadsheets, etc) and various types of social media marketing platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Able to work in a fast paced/startup environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS marketing experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, writing press releases; Pendo

Desired Qualifications

  • Jira project management board experience
  • Experience within Articulate 360, LearnUpon, Google Analytics, HTML / CSS and/or adobe Creative Suite

Bonus (not required)

  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal communication)
