Content Marketing Specialist

About The Role
We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist with at least three years of experience to join our fully remote B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and optimizing content, leveraging data-driven insights to drive engagement, leads, and customer acquisition.
Duties/Main Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an effective content strategy with the goal of driving brand
awareness, leads, and customer acquisition.
• Create compelling and engaging blog posts, case studies, white papers, webinars, videos, podcasts, eBooks, and other digital content for both organic and paid channels.
• Monitor performance of content across channels using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Research keywords, topics and trends relevant to target audience to develop engaging content.
• Leverage insights from analytics to optimize content performance and refine messaging strategies.
• Constantly review best practices for SEO optimization in order to ensure high organic visibility for all content pieces.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project timelines effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications/What We Look For
• At least three years of experience in content and digital marketing for a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the ability to translate them into actionable insights.
• Proven track record in driving organic growth through SEO optimization expertise.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write persuasively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
priorities simultaneously.
• Display creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

During the interview process, we’ll also ask you to take the Predictive Index Behavioral AssessmentTM. It is not used as a disqualification tool, but rather a way to help us understand overall job fit, create unique interview questions based around your preferences, and ultimately create a better onboarding experience if you inevitably join our team.
