Every update this month focused on helping you move faster, stay clear, and keep your team aligned. Keep reading to find out what’s new in Bloom Growth this July.
TL;DR
July’s updates streamline your workflow with auto-focused item creation, universal keyboard shortcuts (Alt/Ctrl + 1/2/3), enhanced navigation cues, improved org chart permissions, and bug fixes for a faster, more intuitive Bloom Growth experience.
Built for focus
We fine-tuned the new meeting experience to help you stay in the zone:
Smarter item creation
Now when you create a new item, the title field is auto-focused—just start typing and hit enter. No extra clicks. No distractions.
Universal shortcuts
Quickly open key drawers from anywhere in the app:
- Alt+1 / 2 / 3 on Windows
- Ctrl+1 / 2 / 3 on Mac
Open Headlines, O&Os, or To-dos with a single keystroke—because your time matters.
Side navigation enhancements
We added visual cues to help you stay oriented in the app, so you always know where you are and what’s next.
Check-in name display
Avatars now come with names by default, so you can identify your teammates at a glance during meetings.
Polished, cleaned, and ready to go
We tackled the little things that slow you down, so your flow stays strong:
Simplified assignee tooltips
We removed duplicate tooltips when assigning items—now you only see the message that matters if someone doesn’t have access.
Homepage reliability fix
Previously, a workspace loading error would reroute you to the roadmap. Now, the workspace always loads as expected, and only individual tiles will display an error if something goes wrong.
July in bloom, August in sight
July was all about momentum—making sure Bloom feels fast, familiar, and focused, every time you log in.
As we head into August, we’re continuing to clear blockers, fine-tune the experience, and build tools that help you lead with clarity.
