How Bloom began
In 2014, Bloom’s founder, Clay Upton, was deep in the trenches of his previous business when a book recommendation changed everything. It came from Jay, one of Bloom’s co-founders, and it sparked an idea: What if we created tools for businesses to thrive and opened a world of possibilities for teams that are putting in the work?
Just six days later, Clay pitched a concept for a business management platform at a business operating systems conference. In the crowd was Todd, who instantly recognized its potential to reshape the way teams collaborate, align with bigger goals, and prioritize.
That spark became Bloom Growth, an ecosystem for growth™ that’s now trusted by business leaders across industries.
