I am Aaron Lee, a globally recognized entrepreneurial and marketing leader with over 35 years of experience. My focus is on helping today’s leaders through my strategic growth coaching and marketing practice, SIXQ. As a strategic growth coach with Bloom Growth and a CMO consultant, I combine my extensive experience in entrepreneurship, organizational leadership, digital marketing, and brand management to benefit my client partners across various industries. In 2001, I founded iluma Agency, which has become a leader in the franchise marketing industry. Over my career and during my 22 years as CEO of iluma Agency, I led successful brand, marketing, creative, and digital programs for top global brands like Orangetheory Fitness, Massage Envy, Disney, Aveda, and Motorola. Iluma Agency was recognized four times on the Inc5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America and was named on the Florida Trend and South Florida Business Journal’s Best Places to Work lists. After 22 years, I successfully exited iluma Agency through a merger with Peak Seven. I am also in my 13th consecutive year of volunteer leadership with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Currently, I serve on the EO global organizational design team, leading the development of organization-wide projects and programs. Recently, I served as the Regional Chair for EO U.S. East, leading a professional and volunteer advisory board of 30 to support 22 local EO chapters. My previous roles include Member Experience Director, Area Director, and President of the South Florida Chapter. I was awarded the EO Global Communications Chair of the Year Award in 2013 and the EO “Living Beyond Yourself” award for my contributions. I have also been a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, marketing, and scaling businesses. My prior experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer for an international application service provider and over 10 years as a Creative Director for advertising and design agencies, multimedia, and post-production studios. I hold a degree in communication design. I reside in Woodstock, GA, with my wife of 28 years, Lisa, and am a proud father of three accomplished adult children.
