Beyond my role at AOPL, I founded The Mind Maestro, where I design comprehensive and customized training modules to empower individuals both personally and professionally. Through Executive and Leadership Coaching, I guide people in developing their vision, purpose, values, strategies, and leadership skills. My strength lies in identifying individual strengths and redirecting energies towards more productive avenues, resulting in high performance and enhanced outputs. As a certified Business and Growth Coach, I assist entrepreneurs in building commercially profitable organizations that can operate independently. Over the years, I have engaged personally with over a thousand entrepreneurs, aiding them in their personal and professional growth. My involvement with the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) spans over a decade, during which I have held various roles, including member, member-leader, Certified Forum Facilitator, President of the EO Gujarat Chapter, and Global Chair for Leadership Development & Training. I have extensive experience working with forums globally, enhancing their experiences and outcomes. Additionally, I am actively involved with organizations such as the Confederation of Indian Industry's Young Indians and the All India Industrial Gases Manufacturers Association. With 23 years of professional experience, I firmly believe that passion and a sense of purpose fuel successful strategies and create thriving organizations. I am approachable and patient, helping others identify their blind spots. I share my life experiences and learnings through training, coaching, and facilitation. Committed to philanthropy, I contribute through Round Table, United Way, and the socio-spiritual organization BAPS.
