I am an entrepreneur. During the past 30+ years I have built and successfully exited 3 businesses, with annual revenues from 6 to 75 million dollars. Along the way I also acquired 5 companies. My first 20 years were spent with local and regional SME clients. The last 10+ years were with large, multinational clients that we serviced from operating offices in the US, Canada, and Japan. I have experienced all of the highs and lows of owning a business and having responsibility for employees. I have been lucky enough to experience success, but I have also struggled and skipped paychecks. I understand and have lived the entrepreneurial lifestyle. I want to share my experience and help guide entrepreneurs and their leadership teams to achieve exceptional results in less time. As a seasoned entrepreneur and business owner I understand the challenges you face and the necessity of having a growth operating system in place. I have been an active member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) since 2000, serving in multiple board positions locally and regionally, including as president of the Philadelphia chapter. This involvement has allowed me to grow as a person and as a business owner. EO has helped shape my entrepreneurial journey by providing a platform for continuous learning and development. I have a strong desire to help others succeed. My approach to coaching is to become an empowering force to guide my clients to achieve their vision and goals.
