As the founder and chief coach at Diya Khurana Coaching and Training, I have dedicated the past 15 years to empowering individuals and businesses, one step at a time. With an MBA specializing in Human Resources, my 18+ years of experience have been centered around people, beginning with my role as an HR Manager at Wockhardt Hospitals and evolving into my journey as a Corporate Trainer and Business Coach.

At Diya Khurana Coaching and Training, I design high-impact, customized, and comprehensive coaching and training modules aimed at empowering individuals and teams. With nearly two decades of leadership coaching and corporate training experience, I have served as the Senior Director of Training at Corporate Connections and as a Master Trainer at the Image Consulting Business Institute. My expertise extends through associations with esteemed organizations such as the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants, India) and NAIR (National Academy of Indian Railways). I have worked extensively with corporates like Bombardier, Apollo Tyres, Sunpharma, L&T, Schott Glass, Netafim, and more throughout my corporate training and coaching career.

My passion for empowering entrepreneurs and my skill in working with leadership teams led me to become a certified and licensed business growth coach with BloomGrowth. Currently, I focus on helping entrepreneurial leadership teams meet their goals, offering guidance in nurturing organizational health and leadership skills.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a devoted wife and mother, blessed with two beautiful children. I reside with my family in Baroda, Gujarat, where I balance my career with a fulfilling family life, cherishing the moments spent with my loved ones.
