As a Bloom Growth Coach, I bring my perspective and experience from over three decades as an entrepreneur: I have built and scaled more than ten businesses—in sectors such as e-commerce, tech, HR, food, property and finance. As an investor, I have seen even more of this.

My Bloom clients are based not only in Germany but across many countries in Eastern and Western Europe, and it gives me great pleasure to enable leadership teams across a wide range of industries to finally pull together, whilst each executive develops into a better leader and individual.

What I bring to the table, beyond the “Bloom Growth Operating System”, is my experience, my network and a coaching style that is warm and welcoming, yet also ambitious and inspiring: structured enough to ensure that changes are sustainable, and personal enough that a leadership team genuinely looks forward to the work.
