I help business owners and leadership teams bring clarity, discipline, and real traction to their companies. Early in my career as a CEO, I made the same mistake many entrepreneurs make: trying to optimize my own productivity instead of building a system the entire team could use to execute consistently. Once I shifted from individual efficiency to company-wide alignment, everything changed. That insight became the foundation of my work today. I now work closely with owners and leadership teams across Latin America to install simple, practical management systems that create focus, improve accountability, and reduce the daily chaos that keeps companies from scaling. I’m not interested in theory, buzzwords, or “feel-good” coaching. I care about results: cleaner decision making, stronger leadership, healthier teams, and companies that perform better because they operate with clarity and rhythm. My background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and experience running and advising companies in multiple industries. What drives me is helping leaders get unstuck, strengthen their teams, and build the kind of organization that grows without burning them out. My style is direct, structured, and grounded in what actually works in small and midsize companies.
