With over 29 years of diverse industry experience, my journey began with Nestlé India, where I spent more than seven years working across sales, distribution, and marketing. From there, I transitioned to Info Edge India Ltd (www.naukri.com), where I spent over sixteen enriching years. During my time at Info Edge, I had the privilege of growing and leading multiple business verticals such as Naukri Sales, Quadrangle, Executive Search, Fast Forward Resume Services, and e-Hire Services. These years shaped my leadership style and deepened my understanding of business growth and team dynamics. Driven by a desire to create a more meaningful impact on business leaders, I gradually transitioned into the world of leadership coaching. I’ve trained with some of the world’s top coach training organizations including Erickson International, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Dr. John Demartini, Blair Singer, Corporate Connections Forums, and Bloom Growth. I believe in continuous learning and commit to earning at least one new certification every year—so I can bring even more value to my clients' growth journeys. Today, I work closely with business owners and leadership teams, helping them craft and execute their visions and goals through tools that emphasize prioritization and simplification. My personal mission is to grow leaders and make their journeys more meaningful and fulfilling. In addition to coaching, I serve as a Director at Corporate Connections, a global business network. I also consult in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) space, particularly in education and livelihood initiatives. I strongly believe that when we lean into our strengths, we not only thrive—we build lasting legacies. On the personal front, I’ve been happily married to Savneet Bedi for over 25 years. She’s a coach herself, supporting women in enhancing their relationships at home and work. We live in Noida, in the Delhi NCR region, and are blessed with two wonderful children—our daughter, a Brand Manager in an FMCG company, and our son, who is pursuing Finance and Economics.
