After building and selling a successful service-based company I ran for over 16 years, I founded Real Fast Results—a business consulting firm grounded in truth, urgency, and real human connection. My focus is on guiding leadership teams to solve the real problems in their businesses, improve and streamline processes, and drive measurable outcomes—without the fluff. With years of hands-on experience scaling operations, I bring both strategic thinking and integrator-level execution to the table. I’ve lived through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and know how lonely—and exciting—the journey can be. That’s why my coaching style is direct, joyful, and deeply values-driven.
