By 27, I was running my fifth business. Growth was never the issue, I could sell, launch, and scale; to a point. But in 2016, brought face-to-face with the limits of my own leadership, I brought in external coaching for the first time. That decision changed everything.

I learned that revenue isn't readiness, and freedom isn't earned through grind, it has to be built consciously. Real scale comes from building teams that own outcomes, not tasks, and from treating leadership as the multiplier pillar that determines whether every other part of the business, people, operations, sales and finance, actually compounds.

That shift became the foundation of how I coach today. I work with founder-led businesses, helping leaders step back from the detail and build the judgement, rhythm, and structure needed to operate at the next altitude. My clients include firms 30 to 500 people across the UK.
