Matthew Cox is the CEO of Company Xceleration, a Certified Bloom Growth Coach, and a business strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations scale through leadership, operational excellence, and proven systems. After successfully exiting one of the companies he helped build in 2021, Matthew dedicated his career to helping other business owners achieve sustainable growth and prepare for long-term success or a future exit.
Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Business and Public Administration, bachelor’s degrees in Business, Film, and Marketing, a Duke University Healthcare Leadership certification, and is a Certified True Colors Facilitator.
