Namit Soni

I am a healthcare entrepreneur and leader committed to transforming access to quality healthcare, education, and community well-being. With an academic foundation from St. Stephen’s College and IMI New Delhi, I have built my career around creating scalable, sustainable, and patient-centric healthcare systems. Since taking charge of the Soni Group of Hospitals in 2010, I have focused on expanding healthcare access while maintaining the highest standards of quality, innovation, and affordability.

Over the years, I have led the growth of the Soni Group from a two-unit healthcare setup in Jaipur to a network of 19 units across 10 districts of Rajasthan, collectively serving more than 29,000 patients every month. Under my leadership, the Group became Rajasthan’s first NABH-accredited hospital chain and successfully partnered in the ₹120 crore takeover of SK Soni Hospital with Manipal Hospitals. I have been passionate about building healthcare models that make quality services accessible to all sections of society, particularly through affordable and community-focused initiatives.

Beyond healthcare delivery, I strongly believe in the power of education and skill development. Through nursing, paramedical, and vocational training institutions, we support the growth of over 800 students and future healthcare professionals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I spearheaded the establishment of North India’s only dedicated COVID CT Scan Center, facilitating more than 75,000 scans and supporting over 38,000 vaccinations. I remain committed to advancing preventive healthcare, fostering industry-academia partnerships, and empowering individuals through mentorship, leadership development, and community-driven healthcare transformation.Namit Soni
