I have worn many hats throughout my life - husband, father, physical therapist, business owner, coach, mentor, and teacher. Each one of those hats has given me so many gifts, challenges, and "a-ha" moments, yet I would not trade any of those struggle experiences as they have helped me find my true passion and calling - a growth and business coach. My 28-year career as a physical therapist taught me to not just treat the symptom but to dig in and work to get to the root of the problem. In my 22 years of managing two busy PT clinics, I created strategies to run the business more efficiently and effectively, dissected the business to find the root cause of an issue, and then was able to create a financially successful business in one of the most challenging industries. Through coaching, I have found my true calling - to help others find and live a great life and to help businesses become wildly successful. Through my advanced training with the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation, the Table Group's Working Genius model, and the Designing Your Life group, I feel that have lots of tools and experiences to share to help others.
