With over 25 years as a growth driver, entrepreneur, and CxO for both medium-sized companies and global corporations, I am passionate about empowering leadership teams to reach their highest potential. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to over 10 successful M&A transactions and exits, bringing valuable insights and experience to each new venture. As a dedicated member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) for six years, I also served as President of EO’s Hamburg Chapter, leading initiatives that support and inspire the entrepreneurial community. My role as a business angel for over five years has been equally rewarding, as I work with innovative startups to guide them toward success. Certified as a coach through the German Association for Coaching & Training, and as a Bloom Growth Coach, I focus on fostering both personal and professional growth. I believe in providing clear, actionable guidance that promotes lasting, transformative growth. Outside of my professional life, I’m happily married and enjoy exploring contemporary art and cryptocurrencies—two passions that continually fuel my curiosity and excitement for new ideas.
