I began my career in the corporate world, working as Senior Business Development Manager for Zumba Fitness, where I helped grow the brand’s global presence and built strategic partnerships that expanded its reach to millions. Being part of a fast-paced, international company taught me the power of clear processes, strong execution, and the importance of creating meaningful connections that drive results. It was a time of intense learning, travel, and collaboration that shaped the way I approach business and leadership. Later, I channeled my entrepreneurial spirit into building a real estate company alongside my husband. From the ground up, we navigated the challenges of investment, development, and operations—learning firsthand what it takes to grow a business while balancing risk, strategy, and family life. That journey tested and strengthened my resilience, taught me the value of patience and long-term vision, and deepened my belief in the importance of building something lasting and meaningful. Throughout these chapters of my life, I’ve learned that success is rarely linear. It comes from a willingness to adapt, the courage to take risks, and the discipline to stay focused on what truly matters.
