I began my career in the corporate world, working as Senior Business Development Manager for Zumba Fitness, where I helped grow the brand’s global presence and built strategic partnerships that expanded its reach to millions. Being part of a fast-paced, international company taught me the power of clear processes, strong execution, and the importance of creating meaningful connections that drive results. It was a time of intense learning, travel, and collaboration that shaped the way I approach business and leadership. Later, I channeled my entrepreneurial spirit into building a real estate company alongside my husband. From the ground up, we navigated the challenges of investment, development, and operations—learning firsthand what it takes to grow a business while balancing risk, strategy, and family life.
