I am the Founder and Principal Consultant at Radical Edge Learning Consultants, where I design and deliver bespoke leadership development programs for corporate clients across financial services and other sectors. My work sits at the intersection of behavioral science, emotional intelligence, and experiential learning with a deep belief that real leadership growth happens through felt experience, not just instruction. I am a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner and use assessment tools such as the Genos EI 360 and DiSC to help leaders build self-awareness and shift behavior in meaningful, measurable ways.

Over the years, I have partnered with organizations to design leadership journeys that go well beyond the classroom. Whether I am working with mid-level managers stepping into enterprise leadership roles, or senior leaders navigating complex people and business challenges, my approach is consistently anchored in frameworks that stick Kirkpatrick, Kolb, 70-20-10, SCARF, and psychological safety, among others. I co-facilitate with a team of seasoned practitioners, including former senior banking executives, bringing both depth and credibility to every room I walk into.

Beyond client delivery, I am actively building my thought leadership presence in the Emotional Intelligence, mindfulness, and leadership development space, with aspirations toward public speaking and a TEDx appearance. I believe that facilitators who stop learning stop leading, which is why I invest in my own development as rigorously as I invest in my clients'. Based in Bengaluru, I work with organizations across India and am expanding my practice to serve corporate clients in North America and Canada as well.
