I bring together several decades of human resources and communications experience, as well as my knowledge and insights from certifications with Bloom Growth, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, The Leadership Circle; being Master Practitioner for NLP (ABNLP), Hypnotherapy (ABH) and TimeLine Therapy™ (TLTA) – to provide in-depth coaching for business leaders, their teams and their companies. My company, Nurture Enterprise, reflects my passion and deep interest in nurturing development in people. Clients include Sothys, Northgate Arinso, United Technologies, Orbit Malaysia, JK Concepts and EMIS Malaysia. The communications and media experience from working with the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation, Strategic Moves, StanChart Malaysia and Malaysian Mosaics Bhd give useful corporate perspectives. The HR foundations from the US-based leader for training and assessment, Development Dimensions International (Malaysia and Singapore), as a senior consultant and trainer for all their products; and later for almost two decades in executive search are invaluable contributions to what I share with my clients. My entrepreneurial journey started with desktop-publishing, then my own executive search firm, EMA Partners Malaysia (a member of EMA Partners International, one of the top 15 global executive search firms, with offices in 45 cities worldwide). I recently returned to Malaysia after living in the UK for six years. I sat on the Board of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Malaysian Chapter, as Learning, then Integration Chair, mentoring EO members and young entrepreneurs. I hold an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
