About The Role
The Marketing Engagement Specialist can seamlessly bring our LinkedIn-first social strategy and event presence to life. This role will be the driving force behind compelling social content that amplifies the Bloom Growth brand and builds meaningful connections with clients, coaches, partners, and our growing community. Beyond digital engagement, this role will orchestrate unforgettable Growth Coach Power Week gatherings, webinars, conferences, and industry events that expand our reach and elevate our brand presence.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Social Media Marketing:

● Execute and optimize Bloom Growth’s LinkedIn-focused approach while supporting emerging platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and X

Plan, schedule, and publish high-performing social media content that amplifies executive thought leadership and drives business goals

● Collaborate with the strategic marketing director and content manager to source compelling content and coordinate approvals across internal stakeholders

● Engage authentically with followers, prospects, and industry leaders while responding promptly to inquiries and building meaningful relationships

● Track social media performance using platform analytics, delivering regular reports with strategic recommendations for continuous improvement

● Monitor industry conversations, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform content strategy and identify partnership opportunities

● Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms while ensuring professional, timely communication

● Create targeted social content that promotes upcoming events and amplifies post-event outcomes to maximize reach and engagement

Events & Conference Management:

● Take full ownership of in-person and virtual events including Growth Coach Power Week Gatherings, conferences, trade shows, and webinars, representing Bloom Growth professionally in all interactions

● Plan and execute flawless event logistics—from booth planning  and speaker coordination to branded materials, signage, and memorable experiences

● Serve as the key liaison with vendors and internal teams, managing contracts, payments, and detailed budgets while keeping every event on scope and on budget

● Negotiate sponsorships, conduct venue site visits, and book events that perfectly align with Bloom Growth’s mission and goals

● Align event strategy with marketing campaigns, product priorities, and sales enablement to maximize impact across digital channels

● Track event ROI and lead generation, delivering insightful post-event recaps that demonstrate clear business value

● Lead event planning meetings and collaborate seamlessly with revenue, product, and marketing teams for unified execution

● Maintain meticulous event records in platforms like HubSpot, ClickUp, Fathom, Mighty Networks, Slack, and the Bloom Growth app

Qualifications/ What We Look For:

● 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B social media (especially LinkedIn) and event planning

● Strong understanding of LinkedIn strategy, audience dynamics, and copywriting/content creation for B2B

● Experience managing budgets and using tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar platforms

● Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills—both online and in person

● Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong attention to brand consistency and detail

● Comfortable working independently, managing multiple campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally

● Experience with SaaS or startup environments is a plus

● Ability to travel 25% of the time to various locations around the US is required. 

Physical Demands: 

● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

● Looking at a computer screen for 8+ hours per day.

● Standing for Extended Periods – The role may require standing for several hours during event setup, coordination, and management.

● Walking/Moving Between Locations – Event planners often need to walk long distances to oversee event spaces, meet with vendors, and interact with attendees.

● Lifting and Carrying – Some events may require lifting boxes, décor, or materials. It’s important to specify the weight limits (e.g., able to lift up to 25 pounds).

● Climbing Stairs – Depending on the venue, planners may need to navigate stairs while inspecting spaces or setting up equipment.

● Bending, Kneeling, and Reaching – Setting up displays, arranging materials, or adjusting event decorations may require bending, kneeling, or reaching overhead.

● Manual Dexterity – The ability to handle tools, props, or equipment for setting up event spaces or technology.

● Ability to Work in Various Environments – Events might be held outdoors, in varying weather conditions, or in different types of venues, so the ability to adapt is important.

● Travel Requirements – Depending on the role, travel may be required to visit multiple event locations, and the candidate should be able to manage the demands of transportation.

● Ability to Handle Stressful Situations – Event planning can be fast-paced, requiring physical stamina and mental resilience to deal with high-pressure situations.

During the interview process, we’ll also ask you to take the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment™. The Predictive Index measures your most natural behavioral tendencies and overall learning ability. It is not used as a disqualification tool, but rather a way to help us understand overall job fit, create unique interview questions based around your preferences, and ultimately create a better onboarding experience if you inevitably join our team.

Compensation
The expected annual salary range for this role is $68,000-73,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as any applicable employment laws. This salary range is for someone whose permanent address is in the United States.
