Strategic Marketing Director

This position is 100% remote. Actually, our entire company is fully remote!
About The Role
The Strategic Marketing Director is a new position within our organization. Working with our established marketing team, you’ll translate vision into marketing-qualified leads. You know how to generate digital buzz through PR and Social Media and have a proven track record of attracting attention and leads. You know how to tailor content to nurture and grow current clients, as well. Our target market, and your goals, are to attract leadership team members looking for growth within their organizations as well as entrepreneurs looking for their next challenge.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
● Lead, manage, and help all direct reports win by enrolling them in the company vision, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching & mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture.
● Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all digital marketing activities including PR, SEO, SEM, email, text, social media, and content marketing. ● Responsible for direct lead generation from digital and online channels for our entire ecosystem; Bloom Growth OS, Bloom Growth Coache,s and current clients. ● PR to generate hundreds of media mentions each year.
● Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
● Utilize data to track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust strategies as needed.
● Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure strategic alignment and maximize impact.
● Conduct market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve.
● Identify and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships
● Execute strategies for improved customer engagement and loyalty.
● Brand management to improve company image and market position.
● 10+ years of Marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
● 5+ years of management and lead development expertise.
● 3+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or a related field, that has fostered a strong understanding of content strategy, information architecture, and user experience principles.
● 4+ years of experience working in HubSpot/ CRM systems.
● Proven experience Marketing to entrepreneurs/entrepreneurial businesses and/or businesses in a growth mode.
● Experience working with a business operating system such as EOS, Pinnacle, or Scaling Up.
● Demonstrated strategic thinking with a history of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
● Strong knowledge of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing trends. ● Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills. ● Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
● Proficiency in marketing automation tools.

During the interview process, we’ll also ask you to take the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment™. The Predictive Index measures your most natural behavioral tendencies and overall learning ability. It is not used as a disqualification tool, but rather a way to help us understand overall job fit, create unique interview questions based around your preferences, and ultimately create a better onboarding experience if you inevitably join our team.
Compensation
The expected annual salary range for this role is $100,000 – $110,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as any applicable employment laws. This salary range is for someone whose permanent address is in the United States.
