Q: What sets Bloom Growth apart from other frameworks?

A: We have four key differentiators: sales and marketing, finance and data, technology, and team health/relationship curriculum. Our coaching community is also unique: every coach has built and scaled a business of at least $1 million in revenue. Real-world entrepreneurial experience is required. We set a high bar for who joins.

Q: What is the typical coaching revenue per coach?

A: Most coaches charge a $2,500 monthly retainer ($30,000 annually per client, plus software). More experienced coaches may charge $3,000-$4,000 monthly. The goal is 12-24 clients, which starts at about $360,000 annually.

Q: How long does it take to ramp up?

A: In our last cohort, each of the five new coaches signed two clients within their first 90 days. Success depends on effort—new coaches should treat their practice like a start-up and put in the hours to build relationships and develop business.

A: Flourish is designed as a marketing tool for coaches. It emotionally connects with entrepreneurs and leadership teams, sparking interest in hiring a Bloom Growth Coach. It provides wisdom and takeaways but does not explain how to implement Bloom in detail
Q: Does Bloom Growth help me get clients?
A: No. Client acquisition is driven by the coach. Bloom provides business development training and teaches you how to sell, but you’ll build your practice through networking and outreach.
